Bomb Squad Deputies Present at Play It Safe Camp

On Wednesday, July 10, Deputy State Fire Marshals presented at Level Volunteer Fire Company's "Play It Safe" Camp in Havre de Grace to teach students about the the work of the Fire Marshal's Bomb Squad and K-9 units. Campers got a first hand look at how the bomb robot and personnel gear can mitigate a disaster, in addition to a demonstration by accelerant detection K-9 Kachina and her handler, Deputy Alkire.
